Chalk Ice

Recently, I came across a blog that had a neat idea for Chalk Ice. Seriously, super easy to make! Takes maybe 5-7 minutes of your time. I will say though, as hot as it is these days and as fast as these melt, more were definitely wanted! That would add another 5 minutes on to your time.

What you will need:

  • Finger paint or food coloring
  • water
  • ice cube trays

All I did was mix some finger paint with water in a solo throw away cup, then poured into very inexpensive ice cube trays. Found these star trays at Wal-Mart. You can use food coloring but it can stain a bit so finger paints worked great!
