Do you have any recipes for migraines?

Great question Lauryn! I do have a recipe and though it is not a cure all and may not work for everyone, I have tried this and tested it along with some friends and it worked.  Depending on the severity of the headache, you may have to drink more than 1 glass throughout the day.  It is worth a try for a healthier option from taking pills or suffering.

      So here you go:

3 celery stalks (leaves and all are great)

1 granny smith apple (or any apple you have on hand)

      1 lemon or lime

Juice all ingredients and server over ice. Enjoy!

Celery is incredibly alkalizing, it equalizes the body’s PH, which is vital for peak health. The minerals and vitamins and nutrients are in perfect harmony with each other. Celery leaves are high in vitamin A, whilst the stems are an excellent source of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C and dense in potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and essential amino acids.
